At Southern Style Granite, we believe service extends well beyond the completion of the project. All of our products come with a lifetime warranty. This protects your investment from imperfections in craftsmanship or problems that occur because of improper installation.
Covered under our warranty includes the following:

Imperfections in your stone caused by fabrication by SSG.

Cracks in your stone caused by improper installation.

Undermount sinks dropping or sagging caused by improper installation.
NOT Covered under our warranty includes the following:
- Cracks or blemishes caused by improper use of countertop, fireplace, tub surround, or shower. Improper use includes, but is not limited to: standing on countertop, fireplace, tub surround, or shower; striking the stone with heavy objects, or cutting on it with knives.
- Customers are responsible for approving color selection AND individual slab selection. Any pigment or character of the stone that is naturally occuring is considered part of the approval process. Once the customer approves of the slabs and they are fabricated, there can be no changes to the job.
- Damage to the stone polish and sealant by the use of harsh cleaners containing ammonia, heavy chemicals, or vinegar.
- Any damage caused by workers other than Southern Style Granite personnel.
- Improper fitting of stone application caused by changes to diminsions or design of cabinets after the template date without SSG being notified.
